OBJECTIVE

LUELCO as a distinct electricity utility provider to Member-Consumer-Owners (MCOs) is expected to the:

• • Electrification as 100% provision in all its service area and beyond the Region.
  • Provision of a prime – effective, efficient and reliable/responsible power supply above MCO’s expectation.
  • Creation of an open communication system for information, awareness and understanding of LUELCO’s systems, processes and procedures; interactive education devices, social media and hotlines among others.
  • Use and application of ICT systems in its process and procedures to keep abreast with advances and trends of technology.
  • Realign and make relevant facilities/equipment with technology advances, changes and trends in the electricity service.
  • Continuous national and international trainings for empowerment of technical and  non-technical human resource for a quality responsive and responsible service to MCOs.
  • Levelling-up and sustainability of the achieved corporate image of LUELCO for a world-class electricity provider.
  • Dynamic and participative involvement in the global concerns and drive on climate change.
